Allison Hardee began her dance training at five years old, starting with ballet and tap and eventually adding on jazz, lyrical, and modern. Having developed an undeniable love for the artform and its many styles, Allison continued her growth as a dancer at Belmont University while completing her Bachelor of Arts in mathematics with minors in education and dance. She was a member of the Belmont Dance Company, giving her numerous opportunities to perform pieces created by the talented Debbie Belue and Maggie Pelton, and was awarded both the Outstanding Dance Award in 2015 and the Dance Legacy Award in 2017. After graduating, Allison attended the Gus Giordano College/Pro Summer Intensive on scholarship in 2018 in Chicago, IL.

Allison loves teaching dance as well at Rejoice School of Ballet and Belmont University. She is certified to teach ballet, tap, and jazz through the Chicago National Association of Dance Masters. She finds great joy in getting to share her passion for dance through performing, teaching, and choreographing.
