Stephanie grew up in the quiet, beachy town of Melbourne, FL. There she trained in classical ballet at Space Coast Ballet with former Kirov dancers, Janna Kirova and Boris Chepelev. She attended Belmont University for her last two years of college, where she majored in Exercise Science and minored in Dance under the direction of Debbie Belue. While at Belmont, she performed in the annual Mixed Bill concerts, Composition showcases & was awarded "The Most Outstanding Achievement in Dance" award in Spring 2012.
When not dancing with Epiphany, she is teaching Pilates at P3, indulging in her love for photography, and spending time with her husband, beautiful one year old daughter and their sweet golden retriever.
Dance is an outlet for me to be someone I'm not always able to be in the real world. It's a way to express my emotions and feelings and a way to dig deep into the artistic world of interpretation. Because I have danced since I was five, dance is a way of life for me - without it I feel empty and lost, physically and emotionally.
